I called the Abundant Life Prayer Group today to rededicate my life to the Lord. I also asked the prayer partner to pray with me for the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I was not disappointed! God forgave me and filled me with the Holy Spirit. I had a wart on my hand that refused to leave. In the past, before I was a Christian, I had warts that would go away as I did illegal drugs, as though some demonic power was at work. This time, I knew I certainly wasn’t going to use drugs to deal with the warts. I was going to believe God. Then one day I was watching The Place for Miracles, and Richard had a word of knowledge about God healing warts on the hands. Immediately, I felt God’s touch on the wart I had. It withered away. I’ve been planting seed gifts into the Oral Roberts Ministries all year and sending in my prayer requests. I was believing for it to be my “Year of Release.” Now, I’m a widow with what many consider low income, but I got my miracles! Here is a list of just some of the miracles I’ve received this year because I trust in the Lord and plant seed into His kingdom: a beautiful, healthy great-granddaughter in spite of doctor reports; a grandson-in-law who got his citizenship in spite of many roadblocks; a new car that is exactly what I prayed for; the sale of my Lake House and another piece of land without real estate agents; and I hold the mortgages at low interest rates, so the new owners have something they couldn’t have afforded otherwise, and I have monthly income! Thank you for praying for my granddaughter to be offered a job close to her. She interviewed for two positions, always so hopeful. God was very quiet during the waiting time. For 25 years, I was what you’d call a party animal. I didn’t have any friends, and my relationships didn’t last long. Then I met a woman from the Philippines and developed a serious relationship with her. We got married, and I returned to the U.S. to prepare to bring her here. I had no idea what would be involved in making that happen.
You name it; it went wrong. First, I had a problem with my ankle that forced me to get a sit-down job. The only one I could find was telemarketing on commission. That was very stressful because if I didn’t make sales, I didn’t get paid. I would come home to an empty house because my wife’s visa was taking so long to come through.
I got through this time by watching The Place for Miracles. I would tune in and pray along with Richard Roberts. I sent offerings. Your show really helped me survive.
It took four years, but I stopped my partying, brought my wife here, and got married in the church. I also got involved in prison ministry, and I got a new job working at a men’s homeless shelter.
I thank God that I was able to change my life! My wife is now a full-fledged U.S. citizen. We have a happy, healthy, eight-year-old daughter as well. And I have worked at the men’s shelter for five years now. Watching The Place for Miracles really helped me when I was waiting and making changes in my life. It helped me take my prayer life to the next level, and I feel that’s what changed things for me.

In 2009, my husband left me and our children. For four years, I struggled physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I shed tears every night, and I didn’t know what to do. I was lost
In 2013, a coworker asked me if I knew the Lord. Through her and another Christian woman, I learned to pray and have faith in Jesus. They helped me find my way to the Lord.
Still, I had lost everything because of my separation from my husband. My house was gone. I had become financially unstable. I felt humiliated. Then, when things hit rock bottom, a Christian friend gave me the phone number of the Abundant Life Prayer Group and encouraged me to call for prayer.
I was desperate and in tears when I made the call. When the prayer partner answered, I said, “I want my husband to come back home.” That very evening, my husband called and told me he wanted to come back! He has been home ever since, and things are better now. We have a new house too.
Since then, I’ve stayed connected with your ministry. I’ve prayed with you and sowed my seed for healing from a ligament and tendon tear on my wrist, as well as when my son was failing his high school classes. Now, my son is doing better in school. And my wrist is completely healed.
Because of my testimony, I am now touching other women’s lives and helping them know Jesus. The Lord has been so good to me! Thank you for your prayers.

My sister got her miracle! I recently called the Abundant Life Prayer Group to agree in prayer concerning a nursing position for my sister. After prayer, my sister was offered not just one job but two jobs, and they told her she could choose the one she wanted! It’s through our local hospital, and it has good pay and benefits.
