I’ve been out of work for five years. I’ve been calling the Abundant Life Prayer Group to agree in prayer on a regular basis for a job. Recently, I got a phone call from a temp service I had never even applied at. They put me to work right away, and I am now a full-time employee at the company they sent me to. Praise the Lord!

In May, I called the Abundant Life Prayer Group to agree in prayer for the new job I needed. At the time, I had been watching Richard Roberts on The Place for Miracles and listening to him talking about people needing jobs, and it resonated with me. I was feeling very discouraged because I had been out of work for about a month.
In the middle of May, I received an email from someone about a job that I had applied for. I told them I was still interested, but I didn’t hear back.
Then at the end of May, I finally heard back on that job. I scheduled an interview, and when I met with the interviewer, she began describing the job to me as though I already had it! She asked me how much I thought the job would pay, so I gave her my input. She then said she would send me the offer letter the next day.
As I sat at home in shock later that afternoon, thinking I’d probably get an offer on the low end of the scale that I had mentioned, I got an email from the employer offering me a salary at the higher end of the scale! And the job has potential advancement too. What a blessing!

Thank you for praying for my granddaughter to be offered a job close to her. She interviewed for two positions, always so hopeful. God was very quiet during the waiting time. I felt led to request prayer from the Oral Roberts Ministries, and I sent in a seed-faith gift to your work with Hunger Needs a Voice. I also used anointing oil as a point of contact as I prayed over my granddaughter’s photo. A week later, she was offered a job at a beautiful nursing home. For 25 years, I was what you’d call a party animal. I didn’t have any friends, and my relationships didn’t last long. Then I met a woman from the Philippines and developed a serious relationship with her. We got married, and I returned to the U.S. to prepare to bring her here. I had no idea what would be involved in making that happen.
You name it; it went wrong. First, I had a problem with my ankle that forced me to get a sit-down job. The only one I could find was telemarketing on commission. That was very stressful because if I didn’t make sales, I didn’t get paid. I would come home to an empty house because my wife’s visa was taking so long to come through.
I got through this time by watching The Place for Miracles. I would tune in and pray along with Richard Roberts. I sent offerings. Your show really helped me survive.
It took four years, but I stopped my partying, brought my wife here, and got married in the church. I also got involved in prison ministry, and I got a new job working at a men’s homeless shelter.
I thank God that I was able to change my life! My wife is now a full-fledged U.S. citizen. We have a happy, healthy, eight-year-old daughter as well. And I have worked at the men’s shelter for five years now. Watching The Place for Miracles really helped me when I was waiting and making changes in my life. It helped me take my prayer life to the next level, and I feel that’s what changed things for me.

My sister got her miracle! I recently called the Abundant Life Prayer Group to agree in prayer concerning a nursing position for my sister. After prayer, my sister was offered not just one job but two jobs, and they told her she could choose the one she wanted! It’s through our local hospital, and it has good pay and benefits.
